Your rent is likely your biggest monthly expense—and now it can earn you rewards. When you set up and pay rent through the Rentfree app (using PayTo or credit/debit card), you earn base rent points every month.

• Weekly payments → 250 points

• Fortnightly → 500 points

• Monthly → 1,000 points

• Rewards are visible in most cases nearly instantly, sometimes they appear after 2-5 days depending on the merchant

• New users get 3 months obligation free grace period where no activity is required to maintain rent and tier based rewards earning

• After that, your points clear and become useable when you make at least 5 non-rent purchases or spend $150 in the Rentfree network that clear within the calendar month

Pro tip: Use PayTo to avoid fees—Rentfree passes through card processing costs but doesn’t monetise rent payments.

• We don’t charge your card—just track and reward qualifying purchases

• Shop at Rentfree merchants (online or in-store)

• Get Rentfree points automatically, plus your usual card rewards—no need to scan or upload receipts

• Make at least 5 non-rent purchases, or spend $150 that clears within the calendar month to get your rent rewards, and any tier based bonus benefits

3. Multiply Your Rewards with Tier Progression

Your Rentfree account includes a tier system that boosts your rewards based on your activity.

• The more you spend at merchants in a your membership year the higher your tier

• Higher tiers = bigger reward multipliers on rent and other bonus tier based perks like additional points per every $ spent in the network

• You can earn up to 4x your base rent points—up to 4,000 points per month

• You can earn additional points per every $ you spend in the Rentfree network based on your tier

• We’re always rolling out new tier based benefits
